"We are excited to welcome Ray Sanders to the Water4 team," said Richard Greenly. "Ray brings the leadership skills, business expertise and international experience certain to lead Water4 forward in its mission to demonstrate the love of Jesus by providing at-risk people throughout the world with access to clean drinking water."

Sanders is best known as a passionate social entrepreneur who has led international causes, organizational development and strategic growth initiatives for multimillion-dollar organizations. He has served in several key leadership roles throughout his career including CEO of an international multi-million dollar engineering and design firm, as a member of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma executive team, as the Editor in Chief of Oklahoma's largest weekly news journal and as host of an award-winning statewide faith-based radio program. He has also served in a nonpartisan position with the United States Senate and as the vice president of a Washington D.C.-based growth firm and one of the nation's most sound financial institutions. Sanders founded GiANT Experiences, a member of the GiANT family of companies, aimed at developing leaders and companies committed to utilizing success for significance throughout the world. "The world is facing a major water crisis. Losing more than 5,000 children everyday due to a lack of access to clean drinking water is not acceptable. Water4 has developed affordable technologies and systems that put the solution to the problem in the hands of indigenous people," Sanders said. "I am excited about the opportunity to lead our Water4 team and my fellow believers, as we partner with likeminded organizations and supporters as we seek to eradicate the world water crisis in our generation. Our hope is to share the love of Jesus to those we serve throughout the world."

Water4 is a 501(c) 3 faith-based public charity headquartered in Oklahoma City, Okla., and was founded in 2008 with the mission of demonstrating the love of Jesus by providing at-risk, indigenous people access to clean water.

As the Water4 approach is implemented in impoverished areas, the economic impact is felt immediately, as water well-related jobs are created, fresh water sources are established and the health, welfare and education of local people is greatly improved.

Water4 is active in more than 15 countries and has helped more than a quarter million people gain access to clean water, including a new project targeted to benefit more than one million people in Ghana, Africa in partnership with World Vision.
