9:15 Calling out in Prayer Each of the 50 States by name followed by the First and last name of each Elected and seated Senator.

9:30 to 10:00 Praying of the "Common Book of Prayer" PSALMS + PROVERBS
This is obtained by multiplying the date by 5 and praying word for word those 5 Psalms and the Proverb for that days date.

Pastor Drake indicates that his prayer is that at least 1 person from each of the 50 states would call in to pray for their own Senators.

Isaiah 40:9 says "high mountain" i.e. D.C. Hill, "lift up" on the telephone, and "with strength" i.e. First and Last name of each Senator.

Pastor Drake also indicates that people from all around the Nation and the World call in to pray in their own language, or what ever language God gives them.

The time for the "Telephonic Prayer Meeting" is 8:00 am Washington D.C. EST and people can adjust in their own time zones around the world.
