BENSENVILLE, Ill., Sept. 8, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- The Latino Breakfast Club, an 8 year old Christian-Latino Business Association made up of the Fellowship of "Marketplace Leaders" that come from the Business, Government and Ministry communities, will converge upon the White Pines Golf Course in Bensenville, Illinois on Monday September 19, 2011 for their 6th Annual Golf Event.

The mission of the Latino Breakfast Club is to "be the bridge that connects faith (in Christ) to the Marketplace". The LBC seeks to assist its members in bringing together the Fellowship of Marketplace Believers, Doing business God's way (utilizing Biblical Principles), building "Kingdom Companies & Organizations & being the" voice" of the Christian Marketplace in the Chicagoland Region.

The LBC accomplishes this through its monthly breakfast meetings which incorporate Scripture reading & prayer, weekly prayer conference calls, advocating on behalf of their members and advocating a Biblical-Christian perspective on issues that impact faith in the marketplace. Though the organization's name has a "Latino" emphasis, the LBC has attracted multi-ethnic Christian Marketplace Leaders over the last few years.

For the third year, the LBC will host their annual golf event at White Pines in Bensenville, Illinois. This year due to several disaster related weather incidents, the Latino Breakfast Club has committed to dedicate a portion of this year's proceeds to Christian based relief organizations.
