HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., May 6 /Christian Newswire/ -- On Saturday, May 15th, Bright Hope will host its 8th Annual Run for Hungry Children 5K Run/3K Walk in four locations: Hoffman Estates, IL; West Chicago, IL; Woodstock, IL; and our newest site, San Antonio, TX. There are 10 million children under the age of five that die of hunger every year. The Run's proceeds will benefit orphans and vulnerable children in Haiti, Kenya, and India. Every $60 raised feeds and educates two kids for one month. Join hundreds of walkers and runners in the fun while helping kids across the globe.

Registration fee prior to Race Day is $10; the deadline for online registration is May 11. Children under age 4 are free. CARA members receive a discounted registration fee of $8 (Hoffman Estates and Woodstock only). Walk-up registration on Race Day is $35 for ages 18 and older, and $15 for ages 5-7.
