'Ground Zero Mosque' Film: Freedom and Faith Collide at West Coast Premiere Event

Contact: Karen Kenney, 818-996-6820

WEST HILLS, Calif., March 29, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- Imagine if priests taught Catechism and a Vatican world government to Catholics at Sunday Mass?

Cries of First Amendment rights and "separation of Church and State" would blast out of media outlets to crush the idea of a Catholic theocracy in America.

But the media is silent on Imams, Sharia Law and a mosque within site of "Ground Zero."

A documentary film seeks to break the silence at its West Coast Premiere on April 9, 2011.

"The Ground Zero Mosque: The Second Wave of 9/11 Attacks", a documentary of D-Day and 9/11 rallies to protest the building of an Islamic center in lower Manhattan, illustrates how different Islam and Sharia Law is from faith in the United States.

"Islam is the only faith that has clear theocratic goals within its tenets of faith," says Karen Kenney, coordinator of the San Fernando Valley Patriots, which co-sponsors the event with Protecting American Values (PAV).

SFVP is an affiliate of the nationwide www.teapartypatriots.org.  (The TPP is a Conservative, Constitutional and non-partisan 501(c)4 non-profit organization.)

The event heralds a first in the San Fernando Valley, just north of Los Angeles: The pairing of two nationally known authors sharing a stage on the West Coast to discuss the dual goals of the Islamic faith.

Robert Spencer (jihadwatch.com) and Pamela Geller (atlasshrugs.com) are also frequent media consultants on jihad, Islamic terrorism and Sharia Law.

"The Ground Zero Mosque" event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Laemmle's Fallbrook 7 Theatres, 6731 Fallbrook Ave., West Hills, CA 91307.

Tony Katz, radio host at allpatriotsmedia.com, is master of ceremonies.

General admission is $20; VIP tickets of $25 include priority seating & refreshment vouchers. Online tickets are available through PayPal at thenewpatriotguards.com (redeemable at the event with your Pay Pal receipt). Tickets will also be sold at the event.
