WASHINGTON, June 28, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- Executive officers of the National Clergy Council will speak from a podium in front of the US Supreme Court today in anticipation of its decision on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The Council objects to the law based on its violation of religious liberty and freedom of conscience. Speakers will represent Baptist, Independent Evangelical, and Presbyterian traditions. Standing with them will be a dozen young activists associated with national pro-life organizations. Clergy leaders will also conduct a prayer circle at the site and make additional comments after the expected decision is released to the public.
