David C Cook Acquires 'New York Times' Best-Selling Author Stasi Eldredge: Co-Author of 'Captivating' to Release 'Becoming Myself' with David C Cook in August 2013

Eldredge received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Diego State University. After graduation, Eldredge joined Youth for Christ, heading up a ministry to pregnant teenagers and teen mothers. She has been active in multiple ministry focus areas including: theatre ministry, crisis pregnancy center ministry, women's ministry and children's ministry. Stasi, married to counselor and author John Eldredge, has collaborated with her husband to pen multiple best-selling books. She and John reside in Colorado Springs with their three sons.
