ORLANDO, Aug. 30, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- Local professionals, Angela (photo) and Dan Gallogly, announced today they acquired Uth Stuph (pronounced youth stuff) and its sister brand Stuph Clothing from co-founder Steve Hooper. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Uth Stuph is one of the nation's leading providers of custom t-shirts and apparel to churches, ministries and faith-based organizations. Stuph Clothing provides printed and embroidered apparel and merchandise fulfillment services to schools, businesses, bands, nonprofits and government agencies in Central Florida and across North America.

Angela Gallogly succeeds Hooper as the President of Uth Stuph and Stuph Clothing and is joined by an experienced design and management team. Dan Gallogly serves the Company in an advisory capacity focused on organizational development and innovation.

The Galloglys, originally from Iowa, are long-time residents of Orlando and members of Northland, A Church Distributed in Longwood, Florida. Angela Gallogly has a corporate background in human resources and business administration. Dan Gallogly is a CPA who practices in the areas of management consulting and forensic accounting. Previously, Dan was an office managing director with BDO USA and co-founder of a regional CPA firm. The Galloglys have been active in Central Florida and Eastern Iowa community organizations for over 25 years.

"This business is a perfect fit for Dan and me. We have a heart for ministry, a passion for serving clients and broad business experience," states Angela Gallogly. "Uth Stuph and Stuph Clothing met our investment profile because each are recognized brands in the industry, Uth Stuph has a nationally diverse footprint and there was an experienced management team in place for ongoing continuity.

"On a personal level, we're thrilled to be working in the faith-based arena and look forward to continuing and improving upon what Uth Stuph has been known for since 1996--providing ministry leaders with innovative graphical designs which not only communicate group identity, but more importantly encourage young people through printed and embroidered apparel."

Dan Gallogly states, "With the continued uncertainty in the markets, we looked to Eric Waldron, client advisor at Seaside National Bank & Trust, for advice on this strategic investment and financing. Eric and his team of experienced bankers did an all-around great job for us. Uth Stuph and Stuph Clothing are now positioned to serve a larger segment of the Christian ministry and corporate markets which means job growth here in Central Florida and in other cities around the U.S."
