COLUMBIA, S.C., July 28 /Christian Newswire/ -- In a time of spiraling moral and theological decline, a new book has appeared on the scene that encourages Christian families not only to stand but to pass the torch of their faith securely throughout the generations.  Numerous stories about families from around the world are woven into the text that tells the story of Jonadab, the greatest dad in the Bible.  Reading how he and other Christian families have established a Christian legacy through the generations can give hope that parents in today's complex world can do the same.

"As the father of one lone family struggles to maintain faith amid cultural and religious collapse, Jonadab succeeds in his time and for future generations.  What can Christian families learn from this one minor Old Testament man whose godly line still continues today?  The answer communicates the strong and sure message of hope in The Promise of Jonadab," says E. Ray Moore.

Chaplain (Lt. Col.) USAR, Ret., E. Ray Moore, Th.M., president of Frontline Ministries, Inc., and his wife, Gail Pinckney Moore, have written a devotional book, The Promise of Jonadab: Building a Christian Family Legacy in a Time of Cultural Decline.  Published by Ambassador International, the book is available on www.ambassador-international.com or www.amazon.com
