MANCHESTER, New Hampshire, Jan. 6 /Christian Newswire/ -- Groups representing the pro-life and faith community will hold a public prayer vigil and life chain outside of the New Hampshire campaign office of Senator Hillary Clinton.
The public pro-life witness will be held on Sunday, January 6, between 1:30 and 3:00 P.M.
The location is the corner of Elm Street and Fir Street in downtown Manchester, New Hampshire.
This vigil is part of a larger pro-life event taking place around the New Hampshire Presidential Primary. The event is called "The New Hampshire Awakening."
Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney, Director of the Christian Defense Coalition based in Washington, D.C., comments, "It is imperative that the faith and pro-life community have a loud, strong and public witness for life during the New Hampshire Primary. We are holding this public prayer vigil outside the office of Senator Clinton to ask her to end the violence of abortion. Now is the time to stop this tragic war on America's children which has resulted in the deaths of over 50,000,000 innocent human lives.
"Sadly, Senator Clinton and the Democratic Party embrace, support and promote a radical pro-abortion public policy. Senator Clinton even supports partial-birth abortion which kills an innocent viable child moments before delivery. Our message is clear: 35 years of violence and denying human rights is enough. End abortion now!"
