LOS ANGELES, Oct. 23, 2012  /Christian Newswire/ -- CBS Television Distribution, a division of CBS Studios, Inc., on the one hand, and ComStar Media Fund, LP, formerly known as ComStar Networks, LLC and Family Net Management, LLC and Resolute Media Atlanta, LLC f/k/a Familynet, LLC announced today that they have reached an amicable settlement of their copyright and contract litigation involving the television shows "My Three Sons," "Happy Days," "Family Ties,' and "Early Edition."
