Grassroots giveback intended to beautify and improve 21st Ward community

In partnership with 21st Ward Alderman Antonio French, community and volunteer teams from the St. Louis Dream Center will implement a neighborhood clean-up covering four target zones within the ward. Part of the Dream Center's "Adopt A Block" initiative, volunteer teams will take to the streets armed with rakes, lawn mowers, trash bags and gifts. In addition to providing an important giveback to the community, the annual event is part of ongoing efforts to improve area residents' quality of life while further strengthening relationships within the community.

An outreach arm of Joyce Meyer Ministries, the St. Louis Dream Center was founded in 2000 by Dave and Joyce Meyer to be a healing place for a hurting world. With nearly 40 thriving ministry programs, each year, the Dream Center reaches thousands of disadvantaged children and families impacting their neighborhoods and quality of life.
