In the DVD, Nazareth shares about the challenges he faces as a Middle Easterner dealing with Airport Security; The differences in cultures between the Eastern Culture and the Western one; and makes fun of people who snore and sympathizes with those who live with snorers.

Nazareth was born in the Holy Land to a Christian Family. At the age of 3, he moved to Kuwait and then finally moved to the US, legally, in 1984.
