For over 40 years, she worked for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and for the Government of Jamaica, as a Director in the Ministry of Finance and Planning. She managed the Public Sector Employee Assistance Program, where Grossett and her team provided support for public servants in counseling, mediation and conflict management all over Jamaica. In ministry, she has been a teacher, preacher, choir member, President of the Women's Ministry, Executive Member of the Church Board and National Women's Group. In retirement, she lives in the U.S., and has a daughter.
