The Society is also defending David Daleiden, the undercover investigator who has exposed Planned Parenthood's sale of fetal body parts, against two RICO (racketeering) lawsuits brought by the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood, and against a criminal felony case brought in Houston, Texas.
