ATLANTA, July 27, 2026 /Christian Newswire/ – Several newly declassified intelligence documents released by President Trump on July 16, 2026 clearly expose the existence of the dreaded intelligence “deep state”. One such intelligence document shows the former Deputy Assistant Director of FBI Counterintelligence admitting in September 2020: “I’m basically running a shadow government across the FBI at this point.”
The intelligence shows that Deputy Nikki Floris made the remark in regard to her attempts to suppress an August 2020 Intelligence Information Report (IIR) originating from the FBI Field Office in Albany, New York. The report revealed:
• “In late Aug, 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large amount of fraudulent U.S. drivers’ licenses that were secretly exported to the U.S.”
The report went on to explain that:
• “The fraudulent driver’s licenses would allow tens of thousands of Chinese students and immigrants sympathetic to the CCP to vote for U.S. Presidential Candidate Joe Biden despite not being eligible to vote in the U.S.”
Although U.S. Customs and Border Protection had already intercepted nearly 20,000 fake drivers’ licenses originating from China earlier in the year, Floris played a key role in getting the IIR recalled to re-interview the source. But sourcing was no problem for the Steele Dossier John Brennan used to change an intelligence assessment in December 2016. That fabricated document promoted the Russian hoax as per intelligence released by Tulsi Gabbard last year.
Floris’ other declassified comments corroborate her role in suppressing election related intelligence. On September 25, 2020 she complained to Tonya Ugoretz, Deputy Director of an FBI Cyber division that: “Another f__king IIR went out re election security”. After receiving the IIR number in return, she replied: “oh crap”.
Floris informed the Director of Intelligence in the FBI Office of Global Affairs that: “We’re pushing out a note today to all FOs [Field Offices] that all election related IIRs must come through FITF/HQ”, the Foreign Influence Task Force at FBI headquarters where she worked. In regards to her comment about running a shadow government, the director replied: “you do what you have to do (smile) hang in there”.
