CWA Appoints Bobbi Radeck State Director

Contact: Stacey Holliday, Concerned Women for America, 202-488-7000 ext. 126

WASHINGTON, Mar. 7 /Christian Newswire/ -- Concerned Women for America (CWA) is thrilled to announce the selection of Bobbi Radeck as State Director for Ohio.  Bobbi has extensive experience in serving the public.  Bobbi has experience in many leadership roles.  Most recently she has served as an Executive Board Member for Relieving Orphans Suffering Everywhere, a not–for-profit international relief organization supporting orphanages in the former Soviet Union and worldwide.

Bobbi became a CWA Director because she believes Ohio citizens are concerned about the core issues on CWA's agenda.  Some of Bobbi's goals for the state include involvement in the public policy issues facing Ohio's lawmakers, as well as starting Prayer/Action Chapters across her state as a means to educate and serve the citizens of Ohio.

As Ohio's new State Director, Bobbi will work with the approximately 13,000 CWA members in the state to build additional Prayer/Action Chapters and coordinate CWA's grassroots activities in legislation and media.  CWA's goals are to preserve the eternal values that support the Biblical design of the family, protect life at all stages, fight pornography and obscenity, tackle the declining quality of education, support the rights of individuals to pray and worship without persecution and increase understanding of the United Nations and its agenda.

Beverly LaHaye founded CWA in 1979.  Since that time, CWA has become the nation's largest public policy women's organization with more than 500,000 members.  Its mission is to protect and promote Biblical values among all citizens—first through prayer then education, and finally by influencing our society—thereby reversing the decline in moral values in our nation.

Bobbi Radeck may be contacted by phone at 513-545-2850, or by e-mail at director@ohio.cwfa.org.
