GMC Renews 'Four: Southern Gospel's Best' Series

ATLANTA, Sept. 17 /Christian Newswire/ -- The heavenly harmonies of quartets will continue to be a part of the Gospel Music Channel (www.gospelmusicchannel.com) television network's programming schedule as GMC has renewed Four: Southern Gospel's Best for a second season, it was announced today. The series features performances by the top names and future stars of Southern Gospel music as well as behind-the-scenes and personal looks at the lives of the quartet members.

GMC begins production on season two this week at the National Quartet Convention (NQC) at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center in Louisville, KY, where they are shooting performances from among the more than 50 artists expected to appear during six-day event filled with afternoon and evening concerts. The Dove Brothers Quartet, The Hoppers, Brian Free & Assurance, Gold City, Greater Vision, Isaacs, Karen Peck & New River, Legacy Five and others to be announced will be among the performers filmed for the series. Season two of Four will debut in early 2010.
