JACKSON, Miss., Jan. 15, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- On January 22 in the year of our Lord 2013, the 40 anniversary of the infamous Roe vs. Wade decision will come to pass. Biblically, the 40 year epoch represents a specific time of testing, probation, and judgment. Consequently, Operation Save America launched a new national called the States of Refuge, Operation: First Abortion Free States. The purpose of this mission is to end the American holocaust one state at a time.
There are five states with one death camp remaining polluting our beloved land. They are Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. This represents the abortion industry at its weakest points. It also provides the greatest opportunity for the Church of Jesus Christ to achieve victories to help secure a future and a hope for our posterity.
Rev. Phillip "Flip" Benham, national director of Operation Save America, commenting on this venture declared, "Abortion will come to an end, when the church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will end -- and not one second sooner. It is therefore imperative for the Church to lead the way in liberating our nation from the forces of darkness from within and without that seeks our demise. States of Refuge provides such an opportunity in Jesus' mighty name!"
According to Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas, Assistant Director of Operation Save America, "There is a direct connection between our spiritual and moral state and the litany of woe devastating America. One of the main roots defiling us and invoking the just wrath of God is child sacrifice, the shedding of innocent blood, which we euphemistically call abortion. The States of Refuge seeks to apply the axe of God's truth to the root of this idolatrous tree in the hopes that God will hear from heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our broken, wounded land."
The States of Refuge will take its campaign to Jackson, Mississippi for the 40 year anniversary of Roe vs. Wade. Mississippi stands on the verge of making history. This state is very close to becoming the first abortion free state in America. It is imperative, therefore, that the Christian/Pro-life movement comes to bear witness on this potentially glorious occasion.
The dates are January 20-22, 2013. We will have rallies 6 PM, Sunday, January 20, and Monday, January 21, at the Fresh Start Christian Church in Jackson, MS. There will be street activities in the morning on Monday and Tuesday. We will conclude the event with a moving memorial on Tuesday, January 22, at the State Capitol at 11:00 a.m. in honor of the millions of babies cruelly slaughtered by the sin and crime of abortion.
