LOS ANGELES, Nov. 6 /Christian Newswire/ -- On November 15, 2007 at the Universal Hilton Hotel in Universal City, California (Los Angeles) leaders and concerned citizens will gather at the 5th PREVENTING ABUSE CONFERENCE regarding child abduction, human sex trafficking, Internet safety and possible terrorist connection. The purpose is to educate, motivate and activate the public to be informed and to take action.


Speakers from a wide spectrum will address the conference issues. Tony Nassif, the conference founder and president of the Cedars Cultural and Educational Foundation says that the moral and cultural collapse is exponentially driving the problems.


Over 700,000 children reported missing per year IN AMERICA. Human trafficking has become the second biggest money-maker in the world and threatens national security. Every year, nearly 600,000 to 800,000 women and children are enslaved into the commercial sex trade. The terrorist connection and the root causes, contributing factors, and solutions will be the topic of this conference.
