Three Weeks Until Global Leaders Unite for the Natural Family at World Congress of Families X in Tbilisi

Speakers Include Hungarian Secretary of State and Polish Senator

ROCKFORD, Ill., April 22, 2016 /Christian Newswire/ -- The World Congress of Families X – in Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia (May 15-18) – is now a little more than three weeks away. Besides leaders, activists and scholars, the roster of distinguished speakers includes Senator Antoni Szymanski and Secretary Tunde Furesz.

Szymanski is a member of the Polish Senate representing the Law and Justice Party, who helped to organize World Congress of Families IV in Warsaw in 2007. Furesz is Hungary's Deputy Secretary of State for Family and Youth Affairs.

World Congress of Families Manager Larry Jacobs observed: "We are blessed by the participation of Polish and Hungarian leaders from two of the European governments which are the most active in defending human rights for all persons consistent with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, defending the natural family as the fundamental and only sustainable unit of society, and affirming the sanctity and dignity of all human life from conception to natural death."

Kevin Andrews, a member of Australia's National Parliament since 1991, was also scheduled to speak but is unable to do so due to a call for early elections. Andrews has served in a number of cabinet posts, including, most recently, as Minister of Social Services and Minister of Defense. He has been active in WCF  since its inception, was a recipient of the Natural Family Man of the Year Award and has authored the recent book, "Maybe I Do?: Modern Marriage and the Pursuit of Happiness."
