PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 24, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- Half the world's children live in poverty. It's almost impossible for them to break the chains of poverty in their lives without outside help. Recently, All God's Children International launched a child sponsorship program to help vulnerable children in Haiti.
