Masterworks Announces Two New Hires

POULSBO, Wash., Oct. 31, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- Masterworks is pleased to announce the recent appointments of Stephen Todoro, account executive, and Mark Diggs, senior account executive.

Before coming to Masterworks, Stephen Todoro worked most recently for Paul McDougal Marketing as a senior account executive. While there he coordinated overall marketing strategy, including budgeting, and was also afforded an opportunity to branch out into the nonprofit sector, in which he realized he had a passion to continue working.

"I'm excited about working for the nonprofit sector on a consistent basis," Todoro says, "and concentrating my efforts on client matters in which I'm personally invested. I've previously run event-oriented not-for-profit fundraisers, and they were the most rewarding initiatives I've worked on. I'm very enthusiastic about focusing my efforts on nonprofit organizations all the time, rather than just through isolated events."

Todoro is particularly excited to be bringing his skills in marketing research and development, along with a broad spectrum of media knowledge across all channels, to Masterworks.

Mark Diggs joins Masterworks from Douglas Shaw & Associates, where he served as an account director. Diggs is looking forward to continuing to use his account leadership and management skills to assist Christian ministries in growing their donor bases.

"I've always felt a calling to work for the Kingdom," Diggs says. "And there are so many different expressions of that work. I see fundraising as part of the total work, sharing the vision and allowing others to participate and be a part of that work -- those that give, and those that go."

As such, Diggs is particularly looking forward to helping clients expand their donor bases by reaching out to the Millennial Generation.

"I want to be a part of the team that gets [our clients] ahead in terms of innovation, helps them grow and expand their mission, helps them build upon their existing audience and mix in new audiences -- reaching the next generation and carrying on the torch," Diggs says.
