National Foundation Opens Phoenix Office to Provide Phoenix Area Ministries Free Development Training and Grant Money
Former Ellison Media Company Vice President Joins Mission Increase Foundation

PHOENIX, Jan. 18 /Christian Newswire/ -- Mission Increase Foundation, a national granting and training foundation, announced today that it has hired Doug Pillsbury, former Vice President of Client Development for Ellison Media Company and CEO of Bison Ranch Retreat Center in Overgaard, Arizona, to serve as Vice President of Transformational Giving. Pillsbury will be based out of the foundation's newly opened office in Phoenix, Arizona office.

As the Vice President of Transformation Giving, Pillsbury will oversee the foundation's work with donors across the nation, including the establishment of giving circles. In addition, Pillsbury will conduct free monthly workshops and biannual seminars in Arizona, as well as conduct free one-on-one consulting for Christian ministries that are involved in Mission Increase Foundation's grant process.

Pillsbury comes to Mission Increase Foundation most recently from Bison Ranch Retreat Center where, where, as CEO, he oversaw that organization's development and growth to better serve a number of nonprofits from Phoenix and around the nation. Prior to Bison Ranch Retreat Center, Pillsbury served as a successful nonprofit consultant with Ellison Media Company, one of the country's largest Christian media agencies. While there, Pillsbury directed activities with clients such as The Dream Center in Los Angeles, CA, Gerald Mann Ministries, and Family & Marriage Today. Pillsbury has also consulted on major capital campaigns for Community Church of Joy in Glendale, AZ and Phoenix First Assembly in Phoenix, AZ.
