More than 300,000 people have been migrated to Mardan from Swat, Buner, Dir and different parts of northwest Pakistan because of the war that broke out against the invasion of the Taliban. Thousands of Christians from the Swat Valley have also fled from the battlefield. They are helpless, and homeless. We have seen how the people are leaving the lands, cattle, homes, and leaving behind dead bodies of their relatives to save themselves. Lots of innocent people are losing their lives. We need to stand with these people to help them according to what we can do. We need to pray for them and I believe this is a great opportunity to share Christ's Love with those who are destitute and crushed by the war. As it is written in the Bible, "If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it?"
These displaced Pakistani Christians are being persecuted for their faith, and those who have not been killed already are literally starving from lack of food. Breedlove is working with EIM Worldwide over the next few weeks to deliver a 40-foot container of Breedlove's dehydrated food products to Pakistan. Breedlove needs help to raise the funds required to make this happen. For $50,000, a 40-foot container will be loaded, shipped and will provide one million highly nutritious meals.
