COLUMBIA, SC, Feb. 6 /Christian Newswire/ -- Chaplain E. Ray Moore, (Lt.Col.) USAR Ret., President of Frontline Ministries and "Exodus Mandate" Project will issue a report card on the evangelical response to America's growing K-12 educational crisis at the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, February 10.

Ray Moore is a regular and popular guest of many evangelical broadcasters who are represented at NRB.  In January 2009 he launched the "Call to Dunkirk" campaign in response to the crushing defeat of the conservative right in the 2008 general election across the US.

"Time is short for the United States," says Moore. "We are about to lose another generation of young people to the forces of ungodly humanism and post modernism through our K-12 government school system.

"Now is the time for Christian parents, pastors and major ministry leaders to lead our children out of the public school system once and for all and go to the promised land of Christian education and home schooling.  We are like the defeated British Army on the beaches of Dunkirk in 1940. We must make our final escape now, or our children will continue to be slaughtered spiritually."

Moore's report card, compiled with the assistance of a blue ribbon panel of Christian educators and pro-family leaders, will rate leading evangelical pro-family ministries and organizations on how faithfully they support the biblical education commands in the Bible such as Deut. 6:4-9, Psalm 22:6, Matthew 18:6, 19:14, 22:36-38, and 28:18-20.

Graded on the report card will be Concerned Women for America, Family Life, Family Research Council, Focus on the Family, Josh McDowell Ministries, Coral Ridge Ministries, Wall Builders and several others.

At the 2008 NRB, Moore gave numerous interviews about the California Exodus Campaign, an effort to rescue children from the public schools there.  He was widely quoted in the media  concerning the morally harmful SB 777 passed by the California Legislature in October 2007.
