WHO: The Maryland-based First Baptist Church of Glenarden Women's Ministry, along with nine other churches, is traveling to Norfolk, Va., to inspire, educate and uplift women. Now in its sixth year, the United Sisters for Your Journey annual retreat offers a safe place where women can experience life-changingtransformation.
WHAT: On March 19, 2014, women from across the eastern seaboard are taking a road trip to Norfolk. This year's theme, "Road Trip: Are We There Yet? Celebrating Our Amazing Journey," seeks to provide women of all ages the tools needed to navigate life. Workshops cover emotional and spiritual baggage and how to get a breakthrough, why friendships matter, love and much more.
