Tennessee Attorney Faces Disbarment for Misconduct and Falsifying Court Records

Contact: Daniel Morgan, Christian Citizens against Corruption, 423-519-6410, stopdcsabuse@gmail.com

TELLICO PLAINS, Tenn., Nov. 27 /Christian Newswire/ -- Attorney Peter J. Alliman a local Tennessee Bar Association President (TBA #5984) was fired by his client Daniel Morgan after Mr. Morgan discovered his attorney intentionally ignored neglect and abuse occurring to his three children. Attorney Peter J. Alliman is currently under investigation by the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility a division of the Tennessee Supreme Court. It appears that Peter Alliman was also involved in submitting false and misleading information to the courts in a case against Daniel Morgan's father, Scott Morgan and a Christian Missionary.

The Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct regulate members of the Tennessee Bar and their conduct to the public. Section [5] of it Preamble states "A lawyer should use the law's procedures only for legitimate purposes and not to harass or intimidate others." That was not the case when Peter Alliman knowingly and inferably entered false and misleading information in affidavits and motions to the Tennessee Court of Appeals in Knoxville, Tennessee.

In one of the falsified affidavits prepared on May 23, 2006 by Peter Alliman, the affidavit attacks Mr. Morgan and a Christian missionary. Court records show notarized affidavits and motions of correction were submitted to the court by second and third parties which discredited the falsified affidavit prepared on May 23, 2006 by Mr. Alliman.

On November 16, 2006 Mr. Alliman conducts a deposition of Attorney John Meldorf III. In that deposition Attorney Meldorf vindicates the missionary as a friend, peacemaker, layperson and encouragement to all the parties involved. Mr. Alliman spends an unusual and exorbitant amount of time attacking the Christian faith of the missionary for his participation as a friend and peacemaker. Mr. Alliman again brings up the falsified affidavit in attempts to discredit the missionary.

Despite overwhelming evidence in the possession of the courts Mr. Alliman continues to file false and misleading information to the Tennessee Court of Appeals as appears in his filings to the court of appeals on January 16, 2009 to further harass and intimidate Christians.

Numerous complaints have been filed against ACLU Affiliate Attorney Peter J. Alliman due to his anti Christian agenda against faith based Christians.
