WEST PALM BEACH, Fl., Sept. 6 /Christian Newswire/ -- America's Health Evangelist Jordan Rubin announces an innovative series of television shows beginning September 10th on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).
New episodes of Extraordinary Health with Jordan Rubin will focus on addressing the obesity crisis with solutions gleaned from Rubin's Perfect Weight America wildly successful weight-management program.
Rubin's show airs on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Mondays at 11:30 a.m. EST and Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. EST. TBN is the world's largest religious network and America's most watched faith channel.
"I'm excited because this show offers hope for a problem that is predicted to reach epic proportions by 2015 when studies forecast that 75 percent of Americans will be overweight," said Rubin. "We show viewers how they can abandon the weight loss roller-coaster and forget about fad diets by embracing a program that will help them manage their weight and achieve abundant health for life."
Extraordinary Health with Jordan Rubin features interviews with guests who have succeeded with Rubin's Perfect Weight America weight-management program. Guests share tips about how they overcame common weight control dilemmas and learned how to eat more organic, living foods to nourish their bodies. The show includes an exercise segment called "Fitness Interval Training," with Rubin and fitness trainer Ron Kardashian, who shows viewers how to maximize work-outs in just 20 minutes. Raw Food Chef Mandy Canistelle takes viewers into the kitchen to show them how to fix a delectable "Perfect Snack" that will tickle taste buds, but not wreck weight control efforts.
Jordan Rubin is the author of the New York Times best-seller The Maker's Diet and 17 other health related titles. His newest book, Perfect Weight America, is due to hit bookstores nationwide on January 1, 2008.
Known as "America's Biblical Health Coach," Rubin has appeared on television shows such as "Life Today" with James Robison, "This is Your Day" with Benny Hinn, "Paula White Today," FOX News, and Good Morning America. He has ministered in churches worldwide, including The First Baptist Church of Atlanta pastored by Dr. Charles Stanley and Hillsong Church in Australia.
"My motto is: change your diet, change your life and change your world," says Rubin.
