STATEN ISLAND, NY, May 20 /Christian Newswire/ -- Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today urged Governor Brad Henry to sign into law HB 1595, the bill to bar abortions performed solely because of a baby's sex.

"Aborting a baby because she's a girl or he's a boy is offensive on so many levels, it's hard to imagine anyone trying to justify the practice," said Fr. Pavone.
