MEDIA ADVISORY, Nov. 9 /Christian Newswire/ -- Church Community Builder (CCB) (www.churchcommunitybuilder.com), the pioneer of socially-based church management (ChMS), has introduced the new CCB Deluxe Version which includes many enhancements that can help churches reach their communication goals. CCB Deluxe (which replaces the Standard Plus Version) now supports tiered hierarchy within groups, private notation capabilities, event notes, historical group involvement, and check-in room capacity enhancements.

"Our Deluxe Version adds new enhancements aimed directly at organizations that need to manage and communicate with groups of people in a hierarchical structure," says Steve Caton, vice president of sales and marketing for CCB. "Furthermore, with the addition of historical involvement information, church leaders will now be a mouse click away from vital intelligence about an individuals' path of connectedness within the church."

CCB Deluxe Version Includes the Following Enhancements:
Group Hierarchy: This feature enhances CCB's group-based data structure, adding management tiers that support a Director, Coach, and Leader approach. Whether it be Small Groups, Volunteers, Ministry Departments, or any other hierarchical structure, CCB can now support views and reporting that rolls up to the desired level.

* Benefit: Group activity and information can be organized and analyzed according to the leadership structure of the organization.

Private Notes: Ministry Leaders or Pastors can enter Notes in an individual’s profile and mark it as private, thus preventing anyone else from seeing the information therein.

* Benefit: In some cases, information shared with a Pastor or leader in the church is highly confidential. Private Notes allows this information to remain private, thus protecting the member while still facilitating the appropriate level of care.

Event Notes: When recording attendance for an event, Group Leaders can now share notes, action items, prayer requests and other information with the appropriate leadership.

*Benefit: Group Leaders have access to detailed information on events after they are held so that they can ensure all bases are covered.

Historical Involvement: CCB's Involvement View has always been a tremendous asset when trying to understand how well a person has connected to the church. Historical Involvement adds the ability to see how that connectedness has evolved over time. Now you can see all Groups and Volunteer Positions that a person has belonged to or filled in the past, including their start and end dates.

*Benefit: Leaders gain an immediate, real-time perspective on current and past member involvement within the organization.

Check-In Capacity Management: In addition to multi-service and self-check in support, CCB's Deluxe Check-In permits limits or quotas to be set for specific rooms. Once the limit is reached, the appropriate room is "closed," preventing new individuals from being checked into a room that is "full."

*Benefit: Large gatherings and events are managed with greater efficiency and speed.

These are just the major highlights of what is one of the most extensive enhancements that CCB has released in the last 12 months.
