WASHINGTON, Oct. 21, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- Is Natural Family Planning really "the best worst thing ever?" You bet, and the Population Research Institute (PRI) can prove it. Just watch the latest YouTube video by the same name. (www.youtube.com/watch?v=wixyH9LoJP8&list=UUT8M8X2QuwCWWznd8vm8x2w)

PRI, a watchdog-organization monitoring coercive population control programs, is also known for its popular videos. The institute launched its new informational video on natural family planning to promote a form of fertility management that is cost-free, pill-free, and free of coercion.

"No woman should be forced to pay for contraception, when there is a free method available. No woman should be forced to go on the pill, which can seriously harm her health," says PRI's president, Steven Mosher.

Steven Mosher, also commented on the efficacy and practicality of natural methods: "This is not your grandmother's rhythm method. If you want to learn about a state-of-the-art way of managing your fertility, watch this video. It is getting rave reviews."

A 24-year-old-working mother, Susie Kelly, who saw an advance screening of the video said she would share the video with all her friends: "It was really encouraging. As a user of NFP, I really appreciate the benefits of not using artificial hormones to regulate my fertility. I related to the funny parts in the video, but also the realistic side of NFP."

Twenty-two year old newlywed, Tiffany Rustman, commented: "Cute video! I honestly feel that using a true NFP method has made our marriage stronger. Not just emotionally and physically because we understand each other more, but also the amount of respect that comes with communicating about adding a miracle to our home."

PRI's previous video garnered over one-million views and was most popular in Southeast Asia.

PRI also created an informational page to supplement the video.
