CAMARILLO, Calif., Oct. 13 /Christian Newswire/ -- Family Values Cinema® (FVC) announced today an affiliate partner agreement with Focus on the Family® whereby FVC's family friendly movie night package will be actively promoted on Focus on the Family's website.

FVC provides its subscribers a monthly one- or two-film complete movie night package of carefully "mom-to-mom" pre-selected wholesome family films with positive messages. All FVC films have been "family-approved" by the 'National Board of Mothers', a group of volunteer moms from across the country who watch and grade each film. If a movie receives less than the highest grade from even one mom of the National Board, it is removed from consideration before the next round of the review process. Every month's package includes a Family Discussion Guide to each film along with an activity and fun movie night recipe from Auntie's kitchen that both parents and kids can enjoy.

"The movies we select are first pre-screened by the FVC acquisitions staff, then rigorously reviewed and graded by the National Board of Mothers. FVC only considers movies for its monthly member selection that receive a double A grade -- meaning it must be enjoyable for viewing for both the mother and her family," said Patty Leonard, founder and CEO of Family Values Cinema. "Our members can feel confident the movies they receive are wholesome, uplifting films that teach and reinforce positive values and morals."

"In an age in which parents have increasing difficulty finding entertainment that is truly safe and appropriate for the entire family, we are delighted to find an organization dedicated to providing a wholesome family movie night experience and who has made it easy for busy parents to wade through the myriad of film choices," said Focus on the Family Director of Media and Culture Bob Waliszewski.

For each subscription FVC sells through the promotional efforts of its affiliates, the affiliates will receive a generous portion of the monthly membership fee paid by each member for as long as they remain a paying subscriber.

"We established our business model in such a way that our Affiliate Marketing Partners can use FVC as a fundraising vehicle capable of generating a strong on-going revenue stream," said Leonard.

Unlike online DVD rental subscription clubs, FVC member-subscribers keep and collect all the movies they receive--which they can store in their portable custom collector's case.
