NASHVILLE, May 2, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- A new Christian radio show featuring discussions on prophecy, history and the Church has been launched by the Adullam Films ministry. The new program is called "Noise of Thunder Radio" hosted by award winning documentary filmmaker, Christian J. Pinto.

Pinto's work includes historic documentaries on the Bible, the Martyrs of Christ, Freemasonry, the Jesuits, the Illuminati, the New World Order, and the working of various occult groups. Despite this, he insists his work does not fall under the heading of "conspiracy theories."

"We are set for the defense of the Gospel," says Pinto. "The Bible clearly forewarns us that deception would be the earmark of the last days. But these things only prove that the Word of God is true, and that men should put faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ."

The title of Pinto's show is taken from the Book of Revelation, where we read: "And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder ... saying, Come and see." (Rev. 6:1)

Pinto is best known for his award winning series, "Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings," that chronicles the untold history of America, showing the conflict between Biblical Christianity and the esoteric groups that have sought to subvert our country from within. Part one, "The New Atlantis" won the Best Documentary Feature Award at the New York International Film Festival.

He is also known for his film, "A Lamp in the Dark: the Untold History of the Bible," that reveals the conflict between Rome and Biblical Christianity over the centuries. The film asserts that the Vatican is behind the attempts to subvert the Bible in the 19th and 20th centuries. "Lamp is not only the history of the Bible," Pinto says, "but of the Church, and the thousand year conflict over the Word of God."

Pinto's most current film, "The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers," has been stirring up controversy, since it opposes the popular teachings of Glenn Beck and David Barton, showing that these men have quoted history out of context to support their conservative political agenda. Upon viewing the work, well known Christian radio personality Brannon Howse said, "When I first encountered his film, I set out to prove that Pinto was wrong. But after some investigation, I realized I couldn't, and neither could anyone else."

A similar response was reported by The Berean Call -- the ministry of best-selling authors Dave Hunt and T.A. McMahon. In a recent newsletter, they wrote:

"The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers represents a perspective that is more historically accurate than the popular 'Christian History' writers who in effect glorify the Constitution over God's Word and glamorize Washington D.C., as a 'Christian' capital."

"What we are hoping," says Pinto, "is that our ministry will be a blessing to others, especially to the body of Christ."

Noise of Thunder Radio's official launch date is today, May 2nd. The program is scheduled to air Monday through Friday at www.noiseofthunder.com and will also air on the World View Weekend network with Brannon Howse.
