MEDIA ADVISORY, Feb. 5 /Christian Newswire/ -- Veteran praise and worship artist Clint Brown, unveils his 17th CD "Fall Like Rain" on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 nationwide via Tribe Music Group/Universal Music Christian Group. The pastor of Orlando, Florida's 6,000 member Faith World Church has been one of the foundational stones in the modern praise and worship movement.

Hailed as a modern day David, his over 300 compositions have been recorded for a variety of artists ranging from Ron Kenoly and Vickie Winans to Bishop Paul S. Morton. His new CD features fourteen new songs (all but four were composed by Brown) that build upon his already impressive legacy. Among the immediate highlights is the radio single "I'm Forgiven" which features vocals by gospel legend Russ Taff and a melodic hook from R&B super band Earth, Wind & Fire's 1979 classic "September."

This brown-eyed, blue-eyed soul singer delivers a Memphis mood on the ballad "Worthy to Be Praised" and a lot of funk on a remake of Jonny Lang & Michael McDonald's "Thankful" with guest vocals by Jason Crabb. There are soulful soft tunes such as "Worthy" and "I Will." Brown's raspy vocals pulsate on rockers such as "I Put My Trust in You" and "Everyday is a Good Day" which features Larue. Javen Campbell joins him for their anthemic ballad "You're the Reason."

This new project should follow in the footsteps of Brown's prior hit songs such as "Say The Name", "I Wanna Be More Like You", "You Are", "Zion" and "Lord I Live". His prior CD "One Nation Under Praise" debuted at #4 on the Billboard contemporary Christian music sales chart.
