LOVELAND, Colo., Sept. 7, 2016 /Christian Newswire/ -- Following a record-breaking year for Group Publishing in the Vacation Bible School market, Group is continuing to impact families by making it possible to bring the fun of Cave Quest VBS home.

A new line of Cave Buddies Activity Books, based on the popular Cave Quest VBS, was released this week by Group's Lifetree division. Cave Quest was hosted by thousands of churches and attended by millions of children during this past summer.

Each Cave Buddies book contains hours of faith-building activities for children including Mystery Mazes, Coloring Pages, and Word Searches. And each activity reinforces Bible truths and Cave Quest VBS themes.

The books feature cameos from Group's popular Cave Quest buddies including Olivia the Owl, Sal the Salamander, and Mawtha the Moth.

Joani Schultz, Group's Chief Creative Officer, explained the Cave Buddies Activity Books are a perfect way to help continue the important lessons children learned at VBS over the summer.
"We were so thrilled to hear so many wonderful stories of the impact the Cave Quest VBS had on churches, children, and families from all around the country," Schultz said. "These new activity books are an opportunity for families to bring the excitement and faith formation of VBS into their very own homes."

The Cave Buddies Activity Book and the Cave Buddies Preschool Activity Book are now both available and can be found on MyLifetree.com and Group.com.
