LANCASTER, Calif., July 1, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- Total Deliverance Church, the fastest growing church in the Antelope Valley announces the first inception of the Antelope Valley Praise in the Park Festival event which will take place on Saturday August 30, 2014 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at the American Heroes Park located at 701 W Kettering Avenue Downtown Lancaster, CA. With the association of RKD Music Management, a global management and entertainment company, the goal for this event is to become the epitome of outdoor gospel experiences for the urban community in the Antelope Valley.

The Antelope Valley Praise in the Park Festival will consist of a fun day of live music, food, and activities for youth such as bouncers/jumpers, face painting, basketball, comedy, giveaways, back to school drive and much more. The main attraction throughout this entire event will include special celebrities and Grammy Awards Nominated Artists like Kierra "Kiki" Sheard of BET's Sunday Best, Stellar Award Winning Artist Jonathan Nelson, Christian Band The Outsiders of Palmdale, Jamelle Jones & F.R.E.E.D, Markita Knight & Southern California 1st Jurisdiction Choir, and many invited guests such as Actor Flex Alexander, Keke Palmer, Actor Tyler Lepley and more. The event is hosted by Comedian Barry Brewer and Grammy Award Winning Artist Adrian Anderson of Tin-i-tee 5:7.

The Antelope Valley Praise in the Park Festival will impact over 3,000 people from across the Antelope Valley and its surrounding areas. Lunch will be provided for all VIP attendees as well as many prizes and give-a-ways. A percentage of gross proceeds give aid with the continuous effort of feeding over 1200 homeless souls each month, providing sober living homes with toiletries and materials in the Antelope Valley Community. There will also be a Back to School Giveaway where sponsors can donate items to assist with getting youth ready for school in the fall.

Businesses are encouraged to partner by giving a financial donation, securing a vendor booth at the park, providing in-kind donations and placement in the program catalog for day of event.
