WASHINGTON, April 23 /Christian Newswire/ -- On Friday, April 24, from 12 noon to 1 PM, DC area Pro-life leaders and activists will hold a protest at the Jones Day law firm, office of Mr. Stephen Brogan, Notre Dame Trustee, Mr. Brogan is the managing partner of this "silk stocking" law firm.
 
Protest Location: 51 Louisiana Ave NW, Washington, DC (near corner of New Jersey.)
 
Randall Terry, Operation Rescue Founder, and Missy Smith, Director of WAKEUP!, will lead the protest.
 
Faithful Catholics are urging Mr. Brogan to use his considerable influence to help cancel President Obama's planned speech at Notre Dame on May 17.
 
On May 1st, all Board of Fellows and Board of Trustees Members will convene at Notre Dame for business. High on their list will be the current scandal.
 
Prayer began today; culminates on May 1, the Feast of St. Joseph.
 
A novena (nine days of prayer) began today, invoking St. Joseph to give Fr. Jenkins, the Board of Trustees, the Board of Fellows, and Bishop D'Arcy the grace and strength to cancel Mr. Obama's speech.  The novena will continue through the Feast of St. Joseph on May 1, the day the boards convene.
