Brianna Barrier Wetherbee takes the reins as Douglas Shaw and Associates' new creative director.
Curt Weigel joins the staff as senior vice president of client services.

Wetherbee joins Douglas Shaw and Associates with 15 years of experience as a consultant, strategist, creative director and writer. She brings a well-rounded knowledge of multiple communications disciplines and platforms, including direct mail, mid- to major-donor strategies, digital space, innovative gaming and expert analytics.
 
Prior to joining Douglas Shaw and Associates, Wetherbee proved instrumental in helping nonprofit clients, including Insight for Living, Wycliffe Bible Translators, Moody Bible Institute, Dallas Theological Seminary and others, raise more than $500 million.

As senior vice president of client services at Douglas Shaw and Associates, Weigel will lead marketing and fundraising strategy.
