SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 28, 2015 /Christian Newswire/ -- The Life Legal Defense Foundation is in San Francisco this week, fighting for pro-life hero David Daleiden's rights at court ordered depositions – even as Daleiden's Center for Medical Progress (CMP) releases an eleventh video revealing Planned Parenthood's sickening trade in baby body parts.

As a part of its ongoing attempt to silence Daleiden and the CMP, the abortion industry's "professional" association, the National Abortion Federation (NAF), filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The case is being heard by the Honorable William H. Orrick III. Scheduled this week is the extensive deposition of David Daleiden, whose defense team is led by Life Legal's Vice-President Katie Short.

As Daleiden's deposition commences, the CMP's eleventh shocking video reveals anew the hollow character of Planned Parenthood's denials. There is no doubt that Planned Parenthood has been peddling human body parts for "valuable consideration." There is also no doubt that it illegally alters its abortion procedures in order to maximize its production of marketable body parts. Finally, there is no doubt that Planned Parenthood's highest officers deliberately train their underlings to enact this Dr. Frankenstein vision of body parts as a growth industry.

In the newest video, Dr. Amna Dermish of Planned Parenthood in Austin, Texas, describes an intact dilation and extraction procedure, otherwise known as a partial birth abortion. The partial birth abortion procedure was banned in 2007, after Congress found it to be "a gruesome and inhumane procedure that is never medically necessary."

• Admits that she will use ultrasound guidance to switch to a breech presentation – so that she has a better chance of harvesting the fetal head.
   
• Speaks of harvesting a fetal brain as "something to strive for."
   
• And brags that she was instructed in all these niceties of organ seizure by Dr. Deborah Nucatola, the same Senior Director of Medical Services for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America who appeared in the very first CMP video.

Americans deserve to know what really happens behind the walls of Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics, yet NAF will stop at nothing to try to silence David Daleiden.
