Proven Men Ministries launches program to equip churches to set Christian men free from suffering in silence with their sexual addictions

CLEARWATER, Fla., Nov. 21, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- Joel Hesch, a law professor at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, and founder of Proven Men Ministries, Ltd., (www.ProvenMen.org) was recently the featured guest on the award-winning "Herman & Sharron," one of the top 10 Christian programs on cable television to discuss his victory over sex addiction and his new study program helping men break free from pornography.

The topic of the Cable Talk Show was Hesch's book "Proven Men: A Proven Path to Sexual Integrity" (ISBN-10: 1940011019), and how men can break free from pornography. The taping took place at the Christian Television Network (CTN) studios in Clearwater, FL. Hesch candidly shared with the show's hosts how he'd grown tired of living a secret double-life for 20 years that was dominated by lust and fantasy -- a toxic combination that nearly tore his marriage apart.

"I knew I needed to make drastic changes," he now admits.

The dramatic transformation that subsequently became apparent in his life prompted people to ask how he was able to give up his sexual addiction.

"That led me to begin holding weekly meetings with men, creating the Proven Path, and writing a daily study," Hesch said. "The study is an intense solution to an intense problem."
