ENUMCLAW, Wash., Nov. 7 /Christian Newswire/ -- Pastor Haywood Nicholas Williams I has walked some difficult roads in his life, but he credits his victory-filled outlook on life to his belief in the sovereignty of God.

Born in Fremont, North Carolina, Haywood Nicholas Williams I grew up in nearby Pikeville, North Carolina and eventually entered the United States Air Force in 1973.

While stationed in Thailand, Haywood surrendered his life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Upon returning to America, Haywood's faith grew under the mentorship of mature fellow believers.
