Youths participating in these types of programs develop confidence that results in lower school drop-out rates, better handling of peer pressure and bullying, lower teen pregnancy, etc. A portion of revenue generated by the auction will be used by the JSAWfoundation and its partners to serve more than 75,000 additional youths. The JSAWfoundation recently completed building the first modernized concrete skate park in Egypt.

After going pro midway through the 2009/10 season he won silver at Winter X in the U.S. and went on to win gold at Winter X in Europe the same year. He is also one of the riders featured in the recent national snowboarding feature The Art of Flight, filmed across six nations, which toured the US and was screened before sold out crowds across the country this fall.

Legendary surfboard shaper, Eric Arakawa, began shaping at age 14 and has been in the business for more than 30 years. He's the choice board shaper of ten World Champions including Andy Irons and Derek Ho, and was the first shaper to sign a million dollar contract to join a board label.

Pro skater Chad Tim Tim rides for Element boards and cruises the streets of Long Beach, CA. by board when he isn't off on a pro-tour. Tim Tim is a regular rider of and has filmed many cutting edge tricks at the legendary pro-rider park The Berrics.
