LOVED -- Bearing Witness to the Grace of God in Every Aspect of Life

Contact: ALBIE Entertainment, 615-294-7396

NEW ORLEANS, March 20, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- PFC Records is pleased to announce the new CD release from award winning, classical vocalist, Trish Foti Genco. LOVED is a collection of contemporary inspirational songs from the Church to Broadway that touch on the theme of God's unfolding grace throughout your life journey.

Trish Foti Genco, a native of the New Orleans area, has seen first-hand God's amazing grace, not only in her own life, but within her community. For those who know Trish personally, they see her as a fighter and a survivor in more ways than one. Recovery from a potential life threatening illness in her young adult years, to wading through the wrath of Hurricane Katrina, Genco has triumphed through events that could have broken her spirit. But her unending commitment to her Faith has strengthened her, and has now lifted her to be a beacon of light for others through her music.

LOVED, along with a heartfelt vocal presentation, also features musicians from the New Orleans area who provide the perfect ambience that set the tone for each composition. Genco has selected songs for this project from writers in both the mainstream and Christian markets, including, "Be Still" by Kari Jobe, and "I Need a Heart" by Matthew Stewart, a Jesuit Priest. Some listeners may also recognize "For Good" from the Broadway show, Wicked, and "Rejoice," also recorded by the international group, Il Divo. The first single from LOVED is a beautiful song called "He'll Carry You" by Hilary Weeks. Genco has chosen to use this song, along with an image video to promote awareness for cancer, heart disease and other women's wellness issues. LOVED is available to retail through distribution with PFC Records, or direct to consumer through CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon and others.

About: Trish Foti Genco studied voice at Texas Christian University and is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Genco has performed throughout the South including the Dallas-Fort Worth Opera, the Robert Shaw Chorale, and the Tulane Summer Lyric Theatre. She's been featured on TV including WWL's "Issues and Faith." Genco served as Cantor at Louis Cathedral in New Orleans at the time when the city was in need after Hurricane Katrina. Trish Foti Genco has six CD recordings, and was recognized with a "Unity Award" for work on her Christmas CD project.
