GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn., Sept. 29, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- Robert Bakke, author of Amazon's best-selling book "Prayer at Full Throttle" is gearing up to discuss the court's ruling on NASCAR driver Tony Stewart on a New York sports radio show. The show, "Huddlin' with the Pros!" Sports Talk radio airs LIVE Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 9:00pm EST (www.blogtalkradio.com/hwtpsportstalk). "I've met Tony Stewart, he's a great guy and now has to carry a scar no man should have to carry," states Bakke. "The days of race car drivers leaving the safety of their cars to pick a fight, have to come to an end," says Bakke.

Robert Bakke's perspective on aggression in motorsports is unique. He is not just a racer, but a black belt in Shotokan karate and a minister. Bakke states, "Contrary to what a lot of people might believe, we were put here to be strong, courageous, to fight our fear and compete to win. Auto racing encompasses all of this. But if certain drivers can't control their emotions, those drivers and even some entire families need to stay home." Bakke went on to explain, "I've had as many as three generations of the same family come after me in the pits threatening to beat me up. It was Grandpa, dad and son, all at the same time. What am I supposed to do? Punch out grandpa? It's ridiculous, and the one thing NASCAR and other tracks have to get a handle on before someone else gets hurt or killed."

Robert Bakke is the author of the current Amazon Best Seller "Prayer at Full Throttle."
