Randall Terry's response:

Hello Kay Brown, Executive Director, Alaska Democratic Party, and Patti Higgins, Chair.

We do not accept this decision. [See email from Alaska Democratic Party]

We have abided by every rule of the Democratic Party of Alaska, and the rule of law.

Furthermore, we have written proof of your State Democratic Party official inviting us to participate in the Alaska Democratic Caucus. We will make this correspondence public.

Moreover, you have not given any grounds for this refusal. What, exactly, are they?

We intend to participate in this primary, as is our right by law, by the rules of the Alaska Democratic Party, and under our constitutional rights as American citizens.

Furthermore, we and our attorneys now demand in writing, a copy of all correspondence between the Alaska State Democratic Party and the DNC. We demand a full record of all call logs, emails, messages by US mail, and any and all other correspondence between you, your associates, your district chairs, and any other people related to the Democratic Party of Alaska, with the Democratic National Committee, David Axelrod, and any parties acting as their agents, their surrogates, those related to them by employment, or connected to them in any other way.

If you destroy any of these records, you may be guilty of a felony under the criminal 18 USC, chapter 29, for tampering illegally with the free elections of the citizens of the United States of America, and the citizens of Alaska.

If you proceed with this course, we will exercise our right to put any and all office personnel who may have knowledge of any violation of state or federal law under oath to testify regarding these issues; additionally, to testify regarding any violation of constitutional rights of the citizens of Alaska and I as a federal candidate to participate in free and impartial primary elections and caucuses in this federal election cycle.

The rights delineated in this correspondence do not in any way surrender any and all other rights that may be afforded to me as a candidate, or the voters of Alaska, as guaranteed by the US Constitution, or the several states. Additionally, any violations of law listed above do not limit or preclude enforcement of any other laws of the United States or the State of Alaska.

Kay and Patti, on a personal note, are you really committing yourself to a path of denying free elections? Do you really want Alaska to look like Russia? I know you can see Russia from there...but do you want to imitate her? Save your notes and emails please. Keep your call logs. To knowingly destroy or erase them at this point could be a crime.

Sincerely,

Randall Terry
