MOORESVILLE, N.C., Dec. 8, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- InChrist Communications (www.inchristcommunications.com), a national, full-service communications firm primarily serving faith-based ministries, churches and businesses, announced today that the "Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller" has joined its growing list of clients.

Among the 12-year-old agency's current client base are The Gideons International, Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), Gospel for Asia, SIM USA, Reach Beyond (formerly HCJB Global), Evangelism Explosion, Douglas Shaw and Associates and The Mission Society.

The iconic "Hour of Power" television program, founded by Dr. Robert H. Schuller, was re-launched in October with new host and grandson the Rev. Bobby Schuller, Fuller Seminary graduate and founding pastor of Shepherd’s Grove church and Tree of Life Community in Garden Grove, Calif.

The new program features elements of the original production, such as its sacred music and sermon. But it incorporates new features, including special guests interviewed on location and popular music performers. The "Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller" is produced by Baas Creative, the Grand Rapids, Mich., film company that created the popular "Nooma" videos that present Jesus in compelling ways.

"We're excited to see the launch of the 'Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller' and to see the program, with its new direction, reach a new generation with the gospel," said Palmer Holt, president of InChrist Communications. "It's an honor to have Bobby and his team join our growing list of clients, and to place their trust in our ability to provide them with powerful and effective communications strategies."

"InChrist Communications has a strong reputation for helping its clients communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including both Christian and mainstream news media," said Schuller. "When we re-launched, we wanted to ensure we had the tools to make the 'Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller' a success — not only in production, but also in effectively communicating what we're doing to a new and changing audience. InChrist Communications has helped us do that."
