NEW YORK, Oct. 4, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- While celebrating with his wife in New York City for their 19th wedding anniversary at their favorite restaurant, U.S. serial romance novelist, F.D. Caldwell, 51, was approached at their table for two by an unknown woman requesting him to autograph her paperback edition of his "Alabama, A Haven for Love" novel.
As he was signing the inside book cover, she asked him, "Hey, aren't you one of those Pro-Life nuts?"
Caught completely off guard, F.D. Caldwell, spontaneously blurted out without even looking up at her, "But wasn't your mother Pro-Life? I mean, she chose to give birth to you, didn't she?"
The woman quickly turned around and walked out of the restaurant without her now autographed book.
