POULSBO, Wash., Oct. 6, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- Masterworks is excited to announce a fundraising and marketing partnership with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF).

The ministry's mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ through aviation and technology so that isolated people may be physically and spiritually transformed.

"I am thrilled to be working with MAF," said Masterworks President Steve Woodworth. "I have personally flown with MAF all over the world. During the Ethiopian famine of the early 1980s, MAF partnered with World Vision, where I worked at the time, and flew hundreds of flights loaded with doctors and food. I know what MAF means to busy missionaries and mission executives in remote corners of the earth. Without MAF, many organizations would waste years of travel time on bone-jarring roads. Or they wouldn't reach remote, unreached people groups at all."

Barbara Bowman, MAF's Vice President of Ministry Advancement, looks forward to the partnership with Masterworks:

"Mission Aviation Fellowship is excited to be working with Masterworks and leveraging the years of experience that their dedicated staff have in the area of faith-based non-profit fundraising. MAF believes that the team at Masterworks will truly be an extension of their own staff and share the intent of reaching the world's most isolated people with the love of Jesus."

Mission Aviation Fellowship (www.maf.org) is a family of organizations serving in the most isolated regions of the world. With a fleet of 52 airplanes, MAF-US enables the work of more than 600 Christian, relief, and development organizations across Africa, Asia, Eurasia, and Latin America. Its U.S. headquarters is in Nampa, Idaho.

The Masterworks integrated approach to marketing, fundraising and branding has made them a leader among agencies serving Christian non-profit organizations. Masterworks joins with its clients to help them grow their organizations and achieve their revenue goals, thus deepening their impact on the world.
